Meet Our Co-Founders

Three women, one vision — creating a sanctuary where beauty, wellness, and intention come together. Each co-founder brings her unique gifts to guide, nurture, and inspire every experience at Ellaria.

Where Beauty Meets Intention

Ellaria is more than a sanctuary for beauty and wellness — it’s a space intentionally created to nourish the whole being: mind, body, and spirit. Every corner, every service, and every ritual is designed to help you exhale, reconnect, and step fully into who you are becoming.

Founded on the belief that self-care is a sacred practice and transformation is a journey, Ellaria combines artistry, intention, and soulful guidance to provide experiences that feel restorative, luxurious, and deeply personal.

Kelley Lynne Cabral-Mosher is a respected clinical social worker, community leader, and soul transformation guide with over 30 years of experience championing healing, justice, and authentic living. Her work bridges therapeutic wisdom, embodied spiritual practice, and a lifelong commitment to equity and empowerment.

She has spent decades dismantling systems of oppression, supporting marginalized communities, and empowering individuals to reclaim their voice, worth, and power. At Ellaria, Kelley weaves her deep clinical background with intuitive, soul-centered guidance to create a sanctuary where all people feel welcomed, respected, and safe to grow.

Through transformative sessions, sacred women's circles, her signature Soul-Care Method, and her heartfelt reflections on Coffee Talk with Kelley, she supports both personal and collective healing — helping individuals reconnect with their truth, resilience, and inner power.

Kelley is known for her grounded presence, inclusive leadership, and the spaces she creates for honest reflection and profound transformation. She holds a vision for a world where every person has access to dignity, connection, and wholeness — and her work at Ellaria reflects that mission with heart and integrity.

With over 30 years behind the chair, Rachel has built her work around one core belief: hair is personal. It’s energy, identity, and expression—all woven together. Her gift isn’t just in the technique; it’s in the way she reads people, listens deeply, and brings out the version of themselves they’ve been wanting to meet.

Beyond beauty, Rachel’s passion for deeper human connection led her into life and mindset coaching—work that has become especially meaningful to her as a mother herself. While she supports anyone seeking clarity, confidence, or a fresh start, her heart is especially drawn to helping moms navigate the messy, complicated seasons of life. She loves guiding them as they reconnect with themselves, rebuild their confidence, and rediscover the strength they may have forgotten they had.

She is also the host of the Rise and Rediscover podcast, a heartfelt platform where mothers share their stories—stories of difficulty, resilience, and the journey back to strength. Through every episode, Rachel holds space for honesty, healing, and hope.

Outside of her work, Rachel is grounded by her family. They are her foundation, her greatest joy, and the steady force behind everything she creates.

At Ellaria, her intention is simple: to offer an experience that feels grounding, transformative, and deeply personal… where you leave not only looking renewed, but feeling more aligned with who you are becoming.
